Tales Of The Macabre is a film created by Hank Hanewinkel III and Chris Davis. It's set in a fictional version of Tulsa, Oklahoma where a public access TV station, WKTO, airs an annual Halloween special called Tales Of The Macabre. The film features a news broadcast, commercials, and live performances from Tulsa artists Nuns and Toombz.
