Refund policy

We only offer refunds on damaged prints. Please contact us at info@conventdesigns.com with photographs of the damage within 7 days of receipt of the item.  It is important not to discard your damaged packaging. Sometimes USPS requires inspection of damage. Refunds will be processed once the damaged item is returned to us. Please note we will not be able to refund the original shipping amount, only the amount of the print itself.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
